Opening Night Premiere Party (sponsors only)

Sands Event Center
Festival sponsors will be treated to a reception and dinner with Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse. A live auction with luxury items will be offered. Actor and film producer, Daniel Roebuck, will serve as auctioneer. A highlight of the evening will be the announcement of student winners of the NCC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management competitions by Chef Emeril.

Cooking Demonstration with Celebrity Chef Emeril Lagasse

Chef Emeril shares stories, techniques and tricks of the trade.

The Northampton Community College is grateful to Chef Emeril who generously provides externship opportunities for NCC students in his New Orleans’ restaurants.

All ticket proceeds from the demonstration go towards the New Orleans externship experience for NCC students.
